Message from the North Central District Governor
“Opening the Doors to Success through Embracing Change”
(Focus: Leadership, Technology, Teamwork and Communication)
Greetings:
Thank you for visiting the website of the Mightiest of the Mighty North Central District of The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. The North Central District is one of six Districts located throughout the United Sates as well as an International Division.
Since the inception of The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. in 1935, its mission has been: “To promote and protect the interest of African American business and professional women; to serve as a bridge for young people seeking to enter business and the professions; to improve the quality of life in the local and global communities and to foster good fellowship.”
Our District theme highlights the areas that the North Central District is strongly embracing to achieve success, fulfill the mission of our organization and accomplish its goals. We encourage, promote and support the development of visionary leaders, the advancement of technology and a spirit of teamwork combined with positive communication among its members.
Our organization also offers members the opportunities to provide service to the community through our local clubs, to network with women in various businesses and professions through attendance at District and National meetings and to obtain information about various business opportunities and resources to advance them in establishing businesses and advance in their professions.
I invite you to join the illustrious National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. and the many outstanding women within its membership. These include CEO’s, lawyers, bankers, educators, accountants, health professionals, social workers, entrepreneurs and various other occupations in the business and professional areas.
