Founded in 1956, The North Central District of The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women^s Clubs, Inc. is a non profit service organization of African American professionals, entrepreneurs and youth committed to improving the quality of life in their communities. North Central District consist of eleven states: Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. We serve the public by offering programs in the areas of health, education, employment and economic development (HEED). Pictured here is Sojourner Truth, our patron. We the members of the North Central District of The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women^s Clubs, Inc. strive to emulate her example of selfless service.
